Bobby Williams
Veteran feel, rookie hunger. Bobby reads tire fall-off like nobody else in the field — and he’s not afraid to bet on it.
Driver bio
The strategist behind the wheel.
If you want to know what the air pressure is doing 80 laps into a green run at Charlotte, ask Bobby. The 11 car is the chess player of the Williams Racing lineup — patient when the car needs patience, ruthless when the window opens up.
Bobby came up through the Xfinity Series with three full seasons before stepping up to Cup full-time in 2024. His specialty is the long, hot summer races where tire fall-off matters most: Bristol, Charlotte, Darlington, Indianapolis. When the rubber starts going off the cars, the 11 starts moving forward.
A second-generation racer, Bobby grew up at the shop. He’s the team’s bridge between the engineering room and the cockpit, and the crew listens.
